CALA BRANDINCHI
SAN TEODORO, OLBIA-TEMPIO, SARDINIA

To get to Cala Brandinchi, from San Teodoro, take the road No. 125 in the direction of Olbia, after 8 km turn right to Capo Coda Cavallo, continue for 900 metres and then turn right onto a dirt road, which continue for about 1 km until you reach the beach at Cala Brandinchi.

Another possibility is to leave the car in Salina Bamba and from there continue on foot for a few hundred meters until you reach Brandinchi.

The beach is very long and has fine white sand and shallow sandy seabed that give to the water extraordinary colors, the scrub vegetation of juniper reaches close to the beach where there is also a pond. 

 

TO SEE IN THE AREA:

Marine Protected Area "Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo". The Marine Protected Area, which covers about 15,000 hectares, spread along one of the most beautiful and picturesque stretches of coastline of Sardinia from Cape Ceraso (south of Olbia), up to the Punta Isuledda (south of San Teodoro). 

Garden of Mediterranean bush (Maquis shrubland) of Punta Molara. Here a portion of Mediterranean bush, more than 50 hectares, has been allocated by the Municipality of San Teodoro to garden planning, you can admire the red juniper, strawberry trees, myrtle, phillyrea orchids, the mastic tree, the asphodel, the cistus, lavender and olive.
