The recipe for hazelnut and chocolate chocolates is very versatile as it is possible to use other types of dried fruit, an excellent combination is the use of almonds and walnuts.

As for the chocolate you have free choice, you can choose whether to use the dark, milk or white one.

These treats are so easy to make that it will be fun to get the kids involved in making them.

Just a few minutes to create a delicious and genuine but also quite high-calorie snack, be careful not to overdo the quantities.

Excellent gift idea for relatives and dearest friends especially during the Christmas holidays.


  • 200 g. of peeled hazelnuts
  • 240 g. of dark or milk chocolate
  • paper cups to taste


First, toast the peeled hazelnuts in a pan for a few minutes and set them aside.

Then melt the chocolate in a bain-marie,so take a pot that you will fill with half water.

Bring it to a boil, then place another pot of which base should not touch the water.

Add the chopped chocolate inside and mix with a wooden spoon until it has completely melted.

At this point, remove the pot with the chocolate from the stove and immerse the hazelnuts in it, mixing everything well with the help of the wooden spoon.

Once the hazelnuts are completely covered in chocolate, fill the cups with a spoon and put them in the fridge to rest for a couple of hours.

Now the hazelnut chocolates are ready to be enjoyed.
